This total body circuit-style class is designed to get your heart pumping with strengthening, sculpting, and cardio moves to shred, tone, and move your booty!
- When: Mondays at 10:00am
- Who it’s for: Busy women who want to burn away some stress!

- Equipment needed: Mat and a towel to dry the sweat
Rise and Shine Yoga
Find your balance with guided vinyasa flow sessions that enhance flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Latin Cardio Burn
Dance your way to fitness with this vibrant, calorie-torching cardio class set to Latin beats.

KickFit Cardio Kickboxing
Fast, fun, and stress-busting kickboxing workout for busy adults and parents. Punch, kick, and sweat your way to better fitness! (No experience needed)

- Who it’s for: Both men and women are welcome for this class!
